ABOUT AVALON TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
Mission Ready.
What we’ve delivered shapes how we build.
Avalon Technology Services was built by people who have modernized federal systems from the inside, not advised on them from the outside. That experience shapes every engagement: audit-ready, mission-paced, and built to hold up long after the contract period ends.
OUR MISSION
We exist to help federal agencies modernize without compromise.
We build for the audit, not just the launch.
We move at mission speed, not procurement speed.
Compliance is where we start. Not where we finish.
Core Pillars
Five Principles Behind Every Engagement.
Cleared, Credentialed Talent
Every engineer we place has operated inside the systems they now help modernize, cleared, certified, and fluent in the compliance frameworks federal work demands.
Disciplined Execution
Execution means delivering on schedule and under audit, every time, not meeting a deadline once and hoping it holds.
Uncompromising Quality
ISO aligned processes and independent quality review on every deliverable, without exception, on every contract.
Ahead Of Compliance
Regulations shift before agencies are told to expect it. We track NIST, FedRAMP, and FISMA changes early enough to build for them, not react to them.
Security-First Engineering
Zero Trust principles are designed into every system from the first architecture diagram, never retrofitted after the fact.

About Our Founder
BUILT ON EXPERIENCE
Brandon is a software engineer turned federal IT founder. He spent eight years building production systems for some of the biggest consumer brands in the world, then brought that engineering discipline to federal IT and cybersecurity.
His career started in enterprise digital agencies, where he led delivery on 30+ projects for clients like AEG, Live Nation, and Fender. At Taco Bell, he built serverless AWS infrastructure and led the migration of customer-facing platforms serving millions of sessions a month. Today he’s a Senior Engineer on the Paramount+ app team, shipping to tens of millions of users across smart TVs and game consoles. In 2025, he founded Avalon to apply that experience to federal environments: cloud and infrastructure modernization, DevOps, and cybersecurity, from ATO/RMF support to NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, and CMMC 2.0 readiness. Avalon works through teaming partnerships with established primes, with a focus on modernizing systems without disrupting mission workloads.
